I don't agree that it is totally unusable in any context. It is usable for development purposes. The 90 day license means you'll need to download a new copy then.
Is that your objection, if not can you be more specific?
That said, there is still the issue of our WSDL4J patch which we are working through.

Just tried to download JROM from Alphaworks. The Licensing terms (see enclosed copy) makes it
totally unusable in any context. Can you please get rid of JROM dependency from WSIF.
