I have a great guy who does my Santa Cruz obits for me, he does some SF, you put your request and he usually takes less than a week to get them and I always send a small donation for his help but if you are coming to Sacramento, I believe you can find the Santa Cruz obits there also. The only problem at Sacramento Library is find a parking space.....but if there is nothing going on at the State house, it's not so bad. I don't know what SF newspapers newspaperarchive has these days as I am no long a subscriber but Ancestry has most of the same papers.
