My Great Grandparents from Sao Jorges, seem to have "spontaneously generated" in 1880 onto Commercial Street in Boston with three children. No records before that of any of them anywhere-including the three children that I'm about 99.9999999999999% sure were born in the US. I joke with my family that we just materialized from the Gods and Royalty, like my Grandmother always implied. Good Luck.
