Actually there are a few genealogy programs for the Mac. It used to be  
that Reunion was the only one. It is probably still the most popular.  
Now, though, there is iFamily and MacFamilyTree that come to mind  
easily, both of which are very good programs. There are other programs  
available as well, if you do a Google search for them.

Also, as Cheri posted, you can run Parallels or VM Fusion on your Mac.  
That, along with a legal copy of Windows Operating System, will allow  
you to run a PC from within your Mac. Very cool! Then, you can run  
your favorite PC genealogy program, if you have one, but still use the  
Mac for everything else. If all of that seems like too much trouble  
and/or expensive, you have several options with the Mac. Reunion also  
has a free demo that allows you to try it before you buy it.

So, there ARE options. Good luck with your switch. I hope you enjoy  
your Mac as much as I do mine!!
