Interesting. I knew Lourenco and Bernardina were Nicolao's father and mother. One of my relatives believe the Reverend Lourenco was an uncle or cousin. Since I have been taking photos of all of the Santa Barbara Parish records I have noticed that whenever a Figueiredo or Moura is baptized it is by Reverend Lourenco. Also the names Chaves and Resendes seem to be in the picture, too. Anyone interested in Santa Barbara parish, Santa Maria can contact me. If I run across someone they are interested in I would be happy to send them a record via e-mail (not through google). Right now I am concentrating on baptisms 1840-1883.
