My condolences on the loss of your most loved mother. It is a joyful thought to know she died with Jesus in her heart and is now with the saints in heaven. As a choir member I frequently sing at funerals and we are sometimes given a list of what hymns to sing as requested by the family. Occasionally we get a list requested by the deceased. To have a funeral of over 300 attendees is a tribute to your mother's care and love for others. She was delighted with the genealogy discoveries I've been able to share with her and said she couldn't wait to tell my Dad about the newest discovery that George Pacheco found when she got to heaven! (I recommend George if you want to hire a researcher)....(Dad's grandmother, Caterina Cabral, from Santa Maria, goes back to Dom Afonso lll). She was a people person and would have loved her funeral......over 300 people there and the processional was so long you couldn't see the end.
