I make my vinha da Alhos
Fresh ground red pepper, for meat I use Red Wine or Vinegar for Chicken and pork i use White white or white vinegar (diluted with water) I sprinkle salt then mixed the meat in it i never measure When i use Vinegar i dilute with water, 90% of the times.I use wine (a olho) depends how much i'm making I mix the meats with all those ingredients cover put in the fridge for the next day to cook.
