I could be wrong, but I think it means that "Jacinto Joaquim de Carvalho, son of Antonio Joaquim de Carvalho, deceased, and of Lucrecia Umbelina, who married him (i.e. António). In other words, the priest decided to belabor the point and instead of just saying son of António Joaquim de Carvalho, deceased, and his wife Lucrecia Umbeline, he decided to use a more elaborative style.
