Hi, The way I read it is:
At the beginning the priest writes "the Rev. Manuel Fernandes dos Reis, Cura of the above mentioned Chapel, administered the Sacrament of Matrimony to ..... At the end of it he writes ...son of ........baptized in the afore mentioned Parochial that received (married) him with Maria Jacinta.
