The bride's mother is not Sanches/z.
It is definitely SANTA but is spelled in the archaic form of SANCTA.
You will find other baptisms and marriages and likely get a more clear record to confirm it.
I have many people, including my own ancestor, named Santa. Mine is Maria Santa from Terceira.
You will find over the centuries that some priests spell it Santa and others as Sancta. It can be found also in names such as Maria de Sancto Antonio, Isabel de Sancta Rosa, etc. I always advise using the modern spelling of Santa, but always record it the way it was written in your notes, too.

I am having some trouble understanding the marriage record for my 7th ggrandparents. The record is on the left page in the middle. I'm having trouble with their parents names (abbreviations are tough). Here's what I can make out:
date: 6 July 1686
groom: Manuel Fernandez
his father: Diogo Fernandez (passed)
his mother: ?
bride: Anna Ferreira
her father: Ventura Ferreira (passed)
her mother: ?
