Manuel, You can try first at the Portal do Cidadao. You will have to register and obtain id and password. I've been able to get all my certified copies this way but you will need some understanding of portuguese. Order the long form, certified. Because the birth year is 1900 it may not be available. Consulate accepted it saying it was fine and that they would get the certified copy. Perhaps you want to try showing them what you have first before ordering it.
