Left side, João Pacheco and Thereza Antonia de Jesus is the marriage of my 5G-grandparents on, I believe, 7 Nov 1745. I am having a lot of trouble with the names.

Halfway through line 15: Thereza Antonia do Jesus, filha de ?Alferes ??? ??? ??? e sua mulher ?Rita ?Clara ??? ???, def.os (defuntos?) Thanks in advance for any help.
