Bill S, I'd lean towards the father of the groom with the name Vaz, but I'm not entirely sure. The mother of the groom is Maria da Conceicao, both dead. Then something church of Sao Pedro of Ribeirinha. It doesn't look like native of or natural de there to me.
On the bride, I see Alfares Anto. something something and of his wife Maria? Clara. Could be Rita too. Hopefully someone else can read this bleed through.
