You can probably order it from the Archives in Ponta Delgada. It is called
"TERMOSDOS CASADOS E BATIZADOS DABRETANHA que estavam num livro velho e foram
feitos pelo Vigário André de Sousa Dias no anode 1727." It is several pages
long and has not been typed up. The Vicar's penmanship is not the worst I have
seen.
I did check my copy. Your Antonio and Andre are not in the baptisms or
marriages. There are several Calvos going back to ANDRÉ CALVO, son of
SebastiãoFernandes Moreno and Beatriz Calva, married in Bretanha on 3 Apr 1640
to MARIA GONÇALVES, daughter of FilipeGonçalves Ana de Medeiros. The couple was
related in the 4th degree of consanguinity.
The first marriage recorded in the index was in 1569; the first recorded
baptism was in 1606.
