Wendi, The document you posted has the margin cut off. And you want a translation of the margin. No one can translate if words are missing. It's a bad copy (originally cut off) or a bad scan (not on the scanner correctly and cut off). Even if you pay someone, they won't be able to translate missing words.
The Portugal list (on Rootsweb) hasn't had a message in a little over 2 years. They are mostly Portuguese language based. You cannot upload attachments to Rootsweb.
