Then something like it was read back and they (godparents) answered it was correct and the record was drawn up in duplicate. Era ut supra (It was as above - Latin).
It's still a Catholic church record and is the same format. I'm not familiar with the locations in Lisbon. But you can still use the template below to figure out any more you have. You pretty much have the gist of it. You get names, dates, and places. You missed "he" (elle - today ele) for the father and where he was from and "she" (ella - today ela) where the mom was from.
