Yes, I found quite a few errors in the baptisms. One says Emilia is a Braga. Another says they were received in Santa Anna. Mafalda does not have Medeiros in her immediate ancestry.
Anyway, I suspect an error in the parents of Mafalda. It is quite a rare name. There is only one Mafalda in said village in the relevant time period, born- April 23- 1814; her parents do not match parents on record. They are Francisco Cordeiro [da Ponte] and Antonia Jacinta, married in Fenais de Baixo, Aug 8- 1808. Right next to the baptism of Mafalda is that of Agostinho de Medeiros, born- April 24- 1814. The records have certifications for 1837 and 1838, which is right before first child, Emilia, was born in 1839. So Agostinho and Mafalda likely married in early 1838. But where? Not in Fenais de Baixo.
