Cheri: The top of my husband's pedigree chart goes back to the name Jacome. I went as far back as Sebastiao De Resendes Jacome (x Maria da Costa) in Santa Maria. Are your Jacome's from there also?
I looked up the meaning of Jacome and it's "Jacob". I thought of Jacob of the House of Israel.
