Bill C, Francisca de Jesus = Francisca d'Almeida. Her first name was Francisca, her religious name was de Jesus, and her surname was d'Almeida. Whoever relayed the information to the priest may have dropped or added names. So in your genealogy program, do this: Given name: Francisca de Jesus d' then surname: Almeida.
