Shalom Rev. Bryant; If you read Sefer Shemo*t* chapter 2, you will notice that צפרה is the daughter of רעואל who is referred to as כהן מדין within the narrative. This means she was of Midyan. As to whether or not Midyan is the Hurrian state of Mittani or not is subjective though.
