I got one of our crack developers on the case, and the result is http://apps.facebook.com/virginradio/ in case anyone wants to take a look. We're quite pleased with it, but it's certainly a work in progress. Works best if you're already registered at virginradio.co.uk but still works fine if not. Three days' development, I think.

The problem at the moment seems to be that some of the popular apps (the Flickr one for instance) are developed by part timers and run off cheap shared hosting accounts.
