Allowing embedding of user-specified clips (ie marking an in- and out-point) could be a nice way of allowing 'water cooler' moments to be easily shared,
Even without embedding I would love to see this. Other video services allow you to jump to a specific start point and it would save all those e-mails asking you to jump to 40 mins in on a video.
