Nils is right on this, but you can definitely make the web interface work
without turning off selinux on FC6.  Unfortunately, I'm not at a location
where I can get to my BackupPC server right now, so I can't read off the
exact selinux booleans that need to be set, but there's been some
discussion on this in the list archives.  (The BackupPC docs are pretty
clear about how to make sure that the cgi-bin program runs suid, so look
at the selinux violations until it works fine.  Running in permissive mode
will let it work but still list the violations.)
