Hello Howard -- welcome back,

Sorry to take so long to answer. My Inbox gets so many mails every day that
if I don't answer immediately, I have a hard time with all the new mail
coming in to get back to something that came before :-(

Good.

Yes. That might be interesting. However, they seem to be somewhat limited in
the number of buckets that each user can have, and there are other
interesting Cloud services that use Webdav, which might be much easier to
program to. That said, an S3 Bacula driver would be very nice.

Yes, you can have as many as you want -- you just have to assign them
different ports. In general it is not necessary to have multiple storage
daemons on a single machine because a storage daemon can handle multiple
devices.

Yes, that is something that is very much desired.

There is a step-by-step guide in the manual. If it needs improving, I would
appreciate something like a patch ...

Yes, thanks. We actually put too much into it and did not have the time to
complete everything we wanted and the documentation is not what I wanted.
However, 3.0.0 is *very* stable compared to previous Bacula first releases of
a major version, and I am very happy about that.

Looking forward to hearing from you again :-)

Best regards,

Kern
