Hello Simone, I have tried rebuilding with a clean directory, but not yet from the source tar.bz2 file, and everything is fine. I have just pushed a few more cleanups to the manual to the public git repo, and in particular, there is a new document which might help called README.pct in the main directory.  It indicates some more dependencies, but please read the disclaimer at the top of the file.
