I found it quite confusing, the "how to build" commit shows this in the
instructions, so "atxy.sty" seems to be included:

While the fix is to create the "~/texmf" folder? Anyway, I tried the latest
git tree but this does not work. I think you need to add the /bsysmanual/
folder in the docs git repository.
