If I don't expect verbal plenary inerrancy from the Prophets, I clearly don't expect it from the Universal House of Justice either.

Nonetheless, I suppose that the above statement could be read as saying that the unity of nations will occur during the Lesser Peace (i.e., perhaps as one of the stages of the Lesser Peace), not that the two terms are necessarily identical.
