these implementations of decisions are by the House, which, to my own taxonomy
are thence inherently Logical.
one might say that "westerners" need to mature into understanding of the
various provisions.
one might also say that "easterners" lack the maturity to do without them.
i would further offer--using dower as a specific--that "western" law has
"right of dower" rather firmly established as an unalienable right of women,
and in many places "right" and "woman" rarely get used in the same paragraph,
let alone breath.
if the Faith is to be a world religion, i expect numerous places where for a
long time to come that random provisions f T&G will appear to lack "sense",
specifically because of the environment in which the viewer defines himself.
