The Baha'i Studies Listserv Exactly. There are pilgrim's notes where the Guardian stresses the importance of Peter rather than Paul, but he never indicated the latter was a Covenant breaker. In fact I've seen one pilgrim's note that indicated James was a Covenant breaker, but even that would be anachronistic.
