[bajajpulsar] starting bike in cold morning,

BEST WAY to start ur bike at 6:30am in delhi chilly morning?? 
my bike takes arnd 5 min to start wit kick start. 
normally i get frustated n pull out d choke n then start. then it 
starts instantly. 
i dont use electric start, frnds say use kick only in mornin.
me riding pulsar 150 ug3. plz reply frnds.
