Hi Venkat,

Thanks a million for replying. I have posted so many times and no
one replied so I was not sure this time too.

If you remember you have given me the circuit diagram via post
around 4 years back.

Right now I am facing few problems with my bike.

1. I doubt that the battery isn't charging well. There are times
when self start does not work (battery down). After running for
several KM then I am able to use the battery. I checked with the
multimeter and I find just 2V coming from RR unit to the battery
which I think isn't enough. I think it should come above 12V to
charge the battery.
2. Before going to the RR unit I want to check the Stator coil. So,
I was tring to open the case and it was not coming out.

If you look at the pic at the following link:

http://www.bcmtouring.com/forum/articles-f20/increase-bajaj-pulsar-s-
headlight-intensity-170-a-t3671/

The second picture shows the left casing which I am unable to
remove. I removed the 5 screws I could find in that casing.

After removing all the screws I am just able to get a small gap only
at the right bottom of the case near the front sprocket. I tried to
put a screwdriver inside the gap and push but its very hard and I
don't want to put more force.

Regards,
Bency
