I got the Stator opened and then as you said the RR unit if faulty. I am able to get the AC output from the Stator but no DC out from the RR unit.
Now, please let me know whether the RR unit of Avenger 180 is same as pulsar 180 RR unit? Can the Avenger 180 RR unit handle more current both on AC as well as on DC? Since the stock headlamp of the Avenger 180 is 50/55 I guess the RR unit is bigger than the pulsar 180 RR unit. DC part I can take care because I can have an external regulator built myself. Only the AC part is the problem.
