Hi,

I opened the stator plate. There was rust on the top so it was jam.

Checked the coil and everything seems to be fine. I doubt that the
DC part of the RR unit is faulty. I am getting AC for the headlamp.

I will get the RR unit replaced. Till that time I am charging via
external battery charger.

Now, I got another question which I hope I can get an answer.

The RR unit has 6 wire.

1. Yellow wire: AC out for headlamp and other lamps
2. Black yellow: Ground
3. White : DC out for battery charging
4. Blue white: This comes from stator coil
5. Another Blue white: This also comes from Stator coil
6. Yellow Red : Comes from Stator coil.

Now, my understanding of this circuit there are three wires coming
from stator to the RR unit apart from ground. out of these three one
is for AC and other two i.e blue white could be for DC section or
vice versa.

So, my question here is which one is for AC, is it the two blue
white wire or the yellow Red?

>From the Stator coil winding gauge I guess that yellow Red is for AC
because this coil is bigger than the other coil from which two blue
white wires are coming.

I have uploaded the stator coil photo with my guessings marked.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
