Sir, I would like to congratulate you on your up and coming promotion, which is well deserved. Having only recently joined the Dragoon Guards, I haven't really served under you long enough to learn all the lessons that you have to impart. However, if you are going to be commanding our Brigade I am sure that I will have more time to learn from your vast experience. I will of course take the opportunity to purchase the rank of Lt. Colonel if Louis takes on the rank of Colonel. Hopefully between us we can continue the tradition of leading the DG to greatness.
