The earliest would be the better - I don't know if it would be
manageable to find a time for a meeting that would work for all three
timezones, maybe on an evening (France/Romania time). I've another
meeting tonight, but other than that I'm currently free.

Thanks! I'm likely to have a few questions to ask you, if you're around
it will be easier - and if we manage to find another developer in the
meantime it would help too.

I see - thanks for the details. It's still an issue for the project, but
at least I understand how it could have happened.

Yes, for the reasons discussed before this wouldn't be a good solution -
the current situation actually gives a good example of why, as a
situation like this one would be especially damaging for the project if
several developers could be withdrawn from the project at once by a
single external entity.

I'm glad to hear that you still like to work on the project!

For the estimates, yes, it's an issue for the project in general, and
we'll need to try to find out solutions. What we tried yesterday with
David and Deborah could be good to try: working with daily milestones
instead of weekly ones, as it's easier to estimate what can be done in a
single day than over a full week.

Xavier.
