I'm glad to hear that you still like to work on the project! For the estimates, yes, it's an issue for the project in general, and we'll need to try to find out solutions. What we tried yesterday with David and Deborah could be good to try: working with daily milestones instead of weekly ones, as it's easier to estimate what can be done in a single day than over a full week.
