I want to ad to this aspect. I think that it would be interesting to create the founder's personna around the idea that he is in fact now considered by his partners and followers as a prophet. Perhaps he took the time to read a huge quantity of books, philosophical, social, and financial, and came up himself with a book of his own. Unfortunately, the book is hard to find and out of print with just a few copies circulating around the globe. The book and philosophy talks and shows the concept of the number one, one world, one language, one economical system, one internet, one consciousness, one destiny. A few book copies left, a few radio interviews and television appearances are available. Not much actually, but an organization of dedicated people.
