I like the idea of ONE, it relates well according to me with the overall context of internet and communities (multiple but something unitary emerging from the multiplicity).
I'm not sure though about the fact that there are two departments yet, because we don't knwo yet the kind of missions that will be liked by players, and according to these tests we'll do (giving missions and gathering feedback), I think it will help us shape the different departments. But maybe these could be sub-departments of the two main ones, I need to think about it. Can you tell me what you have in mind with this idea of breaking down the organization into two main departments ?
