[David] I've reviewed the social contract following our conversation. You can check it here (http://community.hackit.cx/wiki/Social_Contract ) and the diff here (http://community.hackit.cx/index.php?title=Social_Contract&diff=1773&oldid= 1405 ). The main point for me was to distinguish between the writers of the social contract, i.e. the committee, and the studio, who is a member of the community and therefore abides the contract's rules. I have a doubt regarding ownership of the code - should it belong to the studio or to the committee (through a non-profit organization). For instance in this regard I have doubts on article 7 of the contract, but this might also impact other articles. What do you think ? While doing this, I've also slightly updated the ethics of the studio (http://community.hackit.cx/wiki/Ethics ) and its values (http://community.hackit.cx/wiki/Company_manifesto#The_game_studio) to reflect the social contract. _______________________________________________ Hackit Bar mailing list - [email protected] Wiki: http://community.hackit.cx/ List: http://community.hackit.cx/ml/ Forum: http://community.hackit.cx/forum/ Ideas: http://community.hackit.cx/ideas/ IRC: irc://irc.freenode.net/#politis
