Probably setting objectives would be a good first step - it allows to make it clear for everyone what is expected, and then we can build the rest on top of it. > By the way, what is 121 ? I'm not sure how to implement this in our context, where things are done publicly. But we need some kind of time that we allocate to speak about how things are, deal with issues, performance, etc. Maybe an IRC conversation with minutes posted on the mailing-list afterwards?
