[David] Well I can see that, it's great ! From the appraisals I've seen at
my previous jobs, what we have here really outstands it. Our company does
not even exist yet and we already have a top notch appraisal process, let's
have the same quality for our game and we're good to go :)

Not much to add to it, I look forward to see this process used and how
contributors can benefit from it.

Very few comments :
- for you, the global rating is the mathematical average of all ratings or
is a more subjective average ? (For instance, let's say the mathematical is
'solid' but almost 'strong', but overall the improvement during the 6 months
has been so noticeable that the reviewer wants to push for a strong for his
global rating).
- you include a community rating and reviewer rating. I guess the community
rating is the 360 ? Is there for you a final and unique rating (between
reviewer and community) or not ? (might be useful if we link again the
rating with a bonus at some point)
- I compared your 'general assessment' and the 'general competencies' draft
I had prepared. Yours is much more complete, there is only a ' Act with the
consumer and the market in mind' in mine that I think is useful and that I
did not find in yours.
