I thought of a possible way to go around these new restrictions. You
probably know about the "Share" button that external websites can use to
allow their visitors to publish a link to their page in their story
feed?

We could probably use it, instead of the Facebook API, to let users
share new games or results in their news feed - no restrictions there.
The only drawback is that players would have to type something
themselves to introduce what they are sharing - which can be quite a
blocker for the crap info that Facebook games usually ask to publish,
but with our game the incentive to publish the announcements could be
strong enough for the author.

I've looked at the policy and updates, I didn't see anything that
forbids to do this - may be worth having a second pair of eyes to
recheck this though, if anyone has the time:

In any case, let me know if you're ok with the change - I'll then update
the specs accordingly.

Xavier.
