Zitat von Thomas de Klein SerNet <[email protected]>:
Hi there, I was wondering if any of you would like to share his/her experiences with tape libraries. Are there any models that in your experience run exceptionaly well with Bareos/Bacula on Linux? Equally (or even more) interesting: Are there any models that you had a realy hard time with and that you would rather avoid? Cheers Thomas
One additional thing to note: Most librarys today come from vendors like BDT (http://www.bdt.de/produkte/storage-automation/tape-storage/) and are branded for the IT company like HP/Fujitsu and the like. The technical differences are mostly because of the controller used to access the library and the tape drive used.
