Those two should not be a problem as we use those in our production environments. Most important is that they are driven by the standard Linux ST driver and not the IBM lin_tape driver (although we tried adding some support for that we are not quite sure it now fully works.)
Also make sure you buy a changer with a barcode scanner although I think ones without are not sold new anymore. And as already mentioned the the important things are Linux ST driver and supported by MTX.
