The only thing that I noticed in your configuration that seems off to me is the
retention period of your AI-Incremental backups. Once the AI-Incrementals are
consolidated there's likely not a good reason to retain them. You're backing
up daily and keeping 10 AI-Incrementals. I would set the retention period to
10 days.

I would also set the MaxFullAge to a smaller interval. You're setting your
retentions to 1 month, but your not consolidating your full until it is 1 month
old. Seems to me you might expire it by accident.

I use the following, which retains at least 7 AI-Incrementals for at least 7
days and will consolidate with the full backup every 14 days. I also don't run
the Consolidate job every day. I run it every 4 days with
MaxFullConsolidations = 1. If I was willing to have all of my clients
consolidate the full backups on the same day I would probably just run the
Consolidate job once every weekend.

Always Incremental Job Retention = 7 days
Always Incremental Keep Number = 7
Always Incremental Max Full Age = 21 days

Lastly, I have Volume Retention = 1 years for both my AI-Incremental pool and
my AI-consolidated pool. If consolidation is working properly, then my volumes
are purged and recycled in well less than 1 month. If the consolidation is not
working properly I would rather find out because my storage system fills up and
not find out that I"m expiring volumes that still have active data on them.

Those are my initial thoughts. Let us know how you make out.
