oups sorry I was too quick: if you load a print map, you don't need a reporter map (in the form eg of a GAL file). You should use reporter map when you e.g. don't print the array yourself. The GAL file is what you need to grid the arrays. It defines what's where on the array, you'll certainly have to produce one for each design you have in addition to the print map. But it depends what software you use for gridding I suppose. So if you have to produce one, make sure that the IDs you use in both the GAL file and the print map match.
