Hi Diana,

I am sorry but I can't really understand what you did. They might be  
several things you do wrong but can't say anything based on your  
description.

I can send you a TAM example if you wish but I am not sure it will help  
you. Let s try another way.

1. Do you have a GAL file (e.g. from your spotter)?
2. Did you define all plates used for your array in BASE?
3. Did you create the ArrayDesing in BASE prior to uploading your TAM?
