I couldn't find that in the docs.  (We are talking about
nnmail-split-fancy, right?)  The documentation of nnmail-split-fancy
refers to nnmail-split-abbrev-alist for the abbreviations, and the
latter variable gives:

 (to . "to\\|cc\\|apparently-to\\|resent-to\\|resent-cc")

No Bcc to be seen, as far as I can tell.
