It again asks to add your email address. If I say no, then it says that you are not in the database, but that your email is in use by you. I get an error: wrong type argument: char-or-string-p, creation-date I should note, in case it matters, that I am sharing a .bbdb file between two instances of Emacs at once. One running Gnus the other running Org. I have to steal the file back and forth. Oddly, Gnus emacs has not asked me to steal it back, but I did save it from within Gnus after adding lots of names/emails today and the behavior is unchanged. In fact, I just did save it again, searched in the Org instance, found your new listing and tried the duplicate command again and received the same error message.
