Something seems to be wrong in your setup.

What is Org doing with your BBDB?  Which version of BBDB is your Org
assuming?  I do not know to what extent Org and BBDB 3 are
compatible.  Run BBDB in a single emacs without sharing and see what
you get.  I hope that sharing .bbdb in your way has not affected the
integrity of your .bbdb.
