i don't mind where the template file is to go -- at all. i just
want to make an addition somehow to the standard xhtml doc you get.
so instead of getting the current xhtml doc when i press control
+apple+N and choose xhtml 1.0 transitional i'd like to get the
xhtml doc with a small addition i've made -- always, continually.
is that possible?
